Mounting Tools:

For assembling the welded hydraulic cylinders, pins and clips are required. These components play a crucial role in securing the different parts of the cylinder together and ensuring proper functionality.
Materials for Making 500 Series Welded Hydraulic Cylinders:
Key parts of the welded hydraulic cylinders are made of high-quality raw materials, emphasizing reliability and performance.

The cylinder head and piston are both made of high-grade ductile iron. Ductile iron is known for its strength, impact resistance, and durability.
The cylinder barrel is a cold drawn internally-honed tube. This type of tube provides a smooth interior surface, which aids in the proper movement of the piston.
The piston rod and cylinder end cap are made of chromed C45 steel. Chrome plating on the piston rod enhances its corrosion resistance and improves its wear resistance properties.
The piston seals of the welded cylinder are made of polyurethane (PU) and designed with a nylon backup washer. PU seals offer good sealing performance and resistance to wear, while the nylon backup washer provides additional support and stability.
The cylinder head seal is a polyurethane U-cup. U-cup seals are commonly used in hydraulic applications due to their effective sealing properties.
The rod wipers are made of PU. Rod wipers help prevent contaminants from entering the cylinder and protect the rod surface, contributing to the longevity and performance of the hydraulic cylinder.
