Mounting:

• The welded hydraulic cylinders are designed for pins eye mounting. This mounting type utilizes eye holes at each end of the cylinder, allowing for secure and stable attachment using pins.
• Materials for Making 700 Series Welded Hydraulic Cylinders:
• The cylinder head and piston of the welded body cylinders are made of high-grade ductile iron. Ductile iron offers strength, impact resistance, and durability to withstand the hydraulic forces and pressures.
• The cylinder barrel is an internally honed, cold-drawn tube. The honing process creates a smooth interior surface, facilitating proper movement of the piston within the cylinder.
• Both the piston rod and end caps of the welded hydraulic cylinders are made of C1045 steel. C1045 steel is a medium carbon steel known for its strength and toughness, providing structural integrity to the cylinder assembly.
• The cylinder head seal is a polyurethane U-cup, while the piston seal is made of urethane rubber. These seal materials offer effective sealing properties, minimizing leakage and maintaining hydraulic pressure.
• The rod wiper of the hydraulic cylinders is made of PU (polyurethane). PU rod wipers help prevent contaminants from entering the cylinder, protecting the rod surface and contributing to the overall performance and longevity of the hydraulic cylinder.
